World Academy Programme Terms

By enrolling in any World Academy education program, you are required to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions. These rules are non-negotiable and are enforced to maintain the integrity, quality, and compliance of our academic offerings.

  • All participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by World Academy and its education programs at all times.
  • World Academy reserves the right to amend or update any rules as required by the relevant Qualification Body.
  • Compliance with all rules, regulations, and quality standards as dictated by the accreditation body of World Academy is mandatory.
  • Candidates are strongly advised to obtain a printed copy of their certificate within one year of the publication of results. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or modification of any content—including materials, books, or video recordings—is strictly prohibited. All materials are the exclusive property of World Academy and may not be distributed without explicit written consent from the authority.
  • Sharing of user IDs and passwords is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
  • Any violation of these terms or program rules will result in the cancellation of enrolment without refund.
  • World Academy retains the right to cancel any individual’s enrolment for valid cause at its sole discretion.
  • Requests for time extensions must be submitted formally to World Academy. Each request will be reviewed and decided upon after due consultation.
  • World Academy reserves the authority to alter or modify any module, result schedule, or training material as deemed necessary for the program.
  • For all complaints or concerns, candidates must contact info@mba-edu.uk.
  • Noncompliance with any of the above terms will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the program. World Academy’s decisions are final and binding.
